Art, Education & Art Therapy, Nurturing Well-being Through Creativity.

Welcome to Heart Garden
Hi, I’m Kate — an Artist and Creative Arts Therapist. I created Heart Garden as a place where you can feel supported to pause, reconnect, and create.
Like a garden, life moves in cycles — seasons of growth, seasons of rest, and times when we need extra care. Creativity offers a gentle way to move through these changes, giving us tools to nourish ourselves, strengthen what’s already within, and plant new beginnings.
✨ You don’t need any art experience to join. What matters is giving yourself the space to explore, reflect, and feel supported — whether in person or online, wherever you are in your season of life.
What You’ll Find Here
🌿 Creative Wellbeing Groups – small, supportive circles for women and carers, designed to offer rest, connection, and the encouragement to refill your cup.
🎨 Skills-Building Programs – guided sessions in watercolour, mixed media, and creative mindfulness to grow your confidence and your creative toolkit.
🖼️ Heart Garden Gallery – my collection of original artworks inspired by nature and life.
🌸 Individual Therapy – one-to-one sessions in a safe, supportive space, tailored to your needs and stage of growth.
Why Heart Garden?
Because we all need places where we feel nourished, seen, and supported to grow. Creativity helps us make meaning from life’s challenges, find calm in the everyday, and plant seeds of hope that continue to flourish.
At Heart Garden, my role is to walk alongside you — offering tools, encouragement, and a safe space to support your own creative journey.
👉 I’d love to welcome you — online or in person — to begin planting and tending your next season at Heart Garden.
