Initial Art Therapy Assessment
We gain an understanding of your needs through initally meeting. We can also explore an Art-based assessments to asses your needs creatively with care and collaboration.



2.Choice
We make recommendations based on your interest and needs for a suitable approach and you choose.



3.Art Therapy
You engage with your registered Arts Therapist and work towards goals.
Towards the end of Art Therapy you and your Art Therapist will reflect on your progress and decide if you require additional or ongoing support.



4.Recommendations
Recomendations and thereputic review is communicated in person, though reports and creatively to highlight the thereputic journey.
