Heart Garden Gallery

Welcome

Step into my gallery — a space where creativity and wellbeing meet. Each piece reflects the values at the heart of Heart Garden: connection, renewal, and the beauty of growth.

My artwork flows from both personal exploration and professional practice. Just as I guide others to use creativity for reflection and renewal, these works are my own way of pausing, listening, and expressing.

I will be releasing a seasonal collection of up to 8 works at a time, each reflecting the changing rhythms of nature and the seasons of life. I’m delighted to share them with you here.

Seasonal Collection coming in October 2025

Body Maps

Exploring the mind–body connection, these works map  inner landscapes. Body mapping gives form to the emotions, memories, and strengths that our bodies hold — a gentle reminder that healing can be both physical and creative.

Watercolours

Watercolour has been my retreat: small, portable, and calming. These pieces weave into my wellbeing programs and into my own quiet moments of renewal. They carry the soft flow of colour and the lightness of pause.

Inspired by Nature

The cycles of nature — growth, rest, and renewal — inspire both my artwork and the creative wellbeing groups I offer. Just as the seasons shift, creativity offers a gentle way to move through change, nurture resilience, and find new beginnings.

Larger Works

Larger mixed-media pieces that are expressive and bold, capturing movement, energy, and emotion. They explore themes of connection, resilience, and the raw beauty of everyday life.
